एवेदिन्द्रं वृषणं वज्रबाहुं वसिष्ठासो अभ्यर्चन्त्यर्कैः । स नः स्तुतो वीरवद्धातु गोमद्यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
Transliteration
evéd índraṃ vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ vájra-bāhuṃ vasiṣṭhā́so abhy àrcanty arkáiḥ | sá naḥ stutó vī́ra-vad dhātu gómad yūyáṃ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sadā́ naḥ ||
Translation
かくしてヴァシシュタの人々は、讃歌の詩句をもって、雄牛なるインドラ、ヴァジュラ（雷槌）を腕に執る者を讃え歌う。讃えられた彼が、われらに勇士の力を伴う富と、牛群の富とを打ち立て給え。神々の護り手よ、安寧の吉祥をもって、つねにわれらを守り給え。
