दुराध्यो अदितिं स्रेवयन्तोऽचेतसो वि जगृभ्रे परुष्णीम् । मह्नाविव्यक्पृथिवीं पत्यमानः पशुष्कविरशयच्चायमानः ॥
Transliteration
durādhyò adítiṃ srévayanto 'cetaso ví jagṛbhre páruṣṇīm | mahnā́vivyak pṛthivī́ṃ pátyamānaḥ paśúṣ kavír aśayac cā́yamānaḥ ||
Translation
かれらは制しがたく、アディティ（Aditi）を侵そうとし、正しき覚知なくしてパルシュニー（Paruṣṇī）を引き裂き奪った。だが彼はその偉大さによって大地を広く開き、主権を保った。聖見者（ṛṣi）は、縛られた獣のごとく見えながらも、追われつつ襲い来る者を打ち伏せた。
