स चित्र चित्रं चितयन्तमस्मे चित्रक्षत्र चित्रतमं वयोधाम् । चन्द्रं रयिं पुरुवीरं बृहन्तं चन्द्र चन्द्राभिर्गृणते युवस्व ॥
Transliteration
sá citra citráṃ citáyantam asmē citrákṣatra citrátamaṃ vayo-dhā́m | candráṃ rayíṃ puru-vī́raṃ bṛhántam candra candrā́bhir gṛṇaté yúvasva ||
Translation
おお奇しき者よ、われらのうちに奇しき洞見を呼び覚ませ。多様なる力の主よ、最も驚異にして、豊穣の基盤よ。歌う者に、輝く富を与えよ、広大にして多くの英雄の力に満ちたものを――光明のアグニよ、汝の光明の光々によってわれらを養え。
