अयं स्वादुरिह मदिष्ठ आस यस्येन्द्रो वृत्रहत्ये ममाद । पुरूणि यश्च्यौत्ना शम्बरस्य वि नवतिं नव च देह्यो हन् ॥
Transliteration
ayáṃ svādúr ihá mádiṣṭha āsa yásyéndro vṛtrahátye mamā́da | purū́ṇi yáś cyautnā́ śámbharasya ví navatíṃ náva ca dehyò han ||
Translation
これはここに甘く、最も酔わせる。これにおいてインドラは、ヴリトラ（覆う者）を討つために歓喜する。シャンバラの多くの堅固な砦を打ち砕き、九十と九を打ち倒したその者は、この力に憩う。
