Sukta 4.27
अव यच्छ्येनो अस्वनीदध द्योर्वि यद्यदि वात ऊहुः पुरंधिम् । सृजद्यदस्मा अव ह क्षिपज्ज्यां कृशानुरस्ता मनसा भुरण्यन् ॥
áva yác chyéno ásvanīd ádha dyór ví yád yádi vātá ūhúḥ puráṃdhim | sr̥jád yád as्मā́ áva ha kṣipáj jyā́ṃ kr̥śā́nur ástā mánasā bhuraṇyán ||
鷹(śyena)が下へ急降下し、天の風がその充溢(purandhi)を駆り揺さぶったとき——彼のためにそれを放ちつつ、弓手クリシャーヌ(Kṛśānu)は弓弦を投げ落とした。だが鷹は心の迅き転回によって突進し、歓喜の宝を失わずに運び去った。
