या ते अग्ने पर्वतस्येव धारासश्चन्ती पीपयद्देव चित्रा । तामस्मभ्यं प्रमतिं जातवेदो वसो रास्व सुमतिं विश्वजन्याम् ॥
Transliteration
yā́ te agne párvatasyeva dhā́rā́ asaścántī pī́payad deva citrā́ | tā́m asmábhyaṃ prámatim jātavedo vaso rā́sva sumatíṃ viśvájanyām ||
Translation
アグニよ、汝のその流れは、山の奔流のごとく、絶えず、彩り豊かにして、万有を潤す。ジャータヴェーダス（Jātavedas）よ、ヴァス（Vasu）よ、われらにその明らかな導き（pramati）を与え、あらゆる民に及ぶ善き思い（sumati）を授けたまえ。
