इळामग्ने पुरुदंसं सनिं गोः शश्वत्तमं हवमानाय साध । स्यान्नः सूनुस्तनयो विजावाग्ने सा ते सुमतिर्भूत्वस्मे ॥
Transliteration
iḷā́m agne purudáṃsaṃ saníṃ góḥ śaśvattamáṃ havámānāya sādha | syān naḥ sūnúḥ tánayo vijā́vāgne sā́ te sumatír bhūtv asmé ||
Translation
アグニよ、呼びかける者のために、豊かなイラー（Iḷā）—多くの功徳に満ち、善き業に富むもの—を成就し、また「牛」（知の光線）の永続する獲得を授けよ。われらに子を、幼子を、力強い後裔をあらしめよ。アグニよ、それがわれらに向けられた汝の善意（sumati）となりますように。
