उत नो ब्रह्मन्नविष उक्थेषु देवहूतमः । शं नः शोचा मरुद्वृधोऽग्ने सहस्रसातमः ॥

Transliteration

utá no bráhman aviṣa uktheṣú deva-hūtámaḥ | śáṃ naḥ śocā marúd-vṛdho ’gne sahasra-sā́tamaḥ ||

Translation

また、われらのブラフマン（Brahman）なる聖なる言葉を守りたまえ、ウクタ（uktha）のうちにて神々を最もよく招く者、アグニ（Agni）よ。われらの安寧のために輝け。マルト（Marut）を増し育てる者、千の獲得をもたらす者よ、われらのうちに勝利の炎をひろげたまえ。
