Sukta 2.35
समन्या यन्त्युप यन्त्यन्याः समानमूर्वं नद्यः पृणन्ति । तमू शुचिं शुचयो दीदिवांसमपां नपातं परि तस्थुरापः ॥
samanyā́ yánty úpa yanty anyā́ḥ samā́nam ū́rvaṃ nády aḥ pṛṇanti | tám ū śúciṃ śúcayo dīdivā́ṃsam apā́ṃ nápātaṃ pári tasthur ā́paḥ ||
ある水はともに流れ、ある水は近づき寄る。諸河はひとつの共なる器(うつわ)を満たす。彼――清らかにして輝く者――のまわりに、清らかな水々が立ちめぐり、アパーム・ナパート(水の子)を取り囲んで、秘められた火を守るかのようである。
