अध स्मा न उदवता सजोषसो रथं देवासो अभि विक्षु वाजयुम् । यदाशवः पद्याभिस्तित्रतो रजः पृथिव्याः सानौ जङ्घनन्त पाणिभिः ॥
Transliteration
ádha smā na údavātā sajoṣaso ráthaṃ devāso abhí víkṣu vāja-yúm | yád āśávaḥ pádyābhis títrataḥ rájaḥ pṛthivyā́ḥ sā́nau jáṅghananta pāṇíbhiḥ ||
Translation
そのときまことに、同心の神々よ、われらのために、諸族のうちで力の充溢を勝ち取る戦車を高く掲げよ。疾き力あるものどもが、その歩みをもって塵を越え、大地の背の稜を進むとき、彼らは両の手で前へ打ち進み——旅の勝利のために道を整える。
