मा नः स्तेनेभ्यो ये अभि द्रुहस्पदे निरामिणो रिपवोऽन्नेषु जागृधुः । आ देवानामोहते वि व्रयो हृदि बृहस्पते न परः साम्नो विदुः ॥
Transliteration
mā́ naḥ stenébhyo yé abhí druháspade nirāmíṇo ripávo ánneṣu jāgṛdhúḥ | ā́ devā́nām óhate ví vrayó hṛdí bṛ́haspate ná paráḥ sāmno viduḥ ||
Translation
われらの足場に背信を企む盗人ども――癒えぬ敵、糧に飢えて貪る者ども――われらに及ぶな。ブリハスパティよ、汝は神々の護りの覆いを織り、心のうちの囲いを開く。サーマン（sāman）の秘められた和声を、汝ほど知る者はない。
