अस्मभ्यं तद्वसो दानाय राधः समर्थयस्व बहु ते वसव्यम् । इन्द्र यच्चित्रं श्रवस्या अनु द्यून्बृहद्वदेम विदथे सुवीराः ॥

asmábhyaṃ tád vaso dānā́ya rā́dhaḥ sáma arthayasva bahú te vasavyàm | índra yác citráṃ śravasyā́ ánu dyū́n bṛhád vadema vidáthe su-vī́rāḥ ||

われらのために、ヴァス(Vasu、インドラ)よ、施与の力、その歓喜の充溢を正しく整え、成就させよ。汝の光輝ある富はまことに豊かである。インドラよ、汝の名声の驚くべき栄光に日々従いつつ、われらは集会(ヴィダタ)においてブリハト(Bṛhat:大いなるもの)を語り、勇士の力に満ちてあらん。
