अहं तदासु धारयं यदासु न देवश्चन त्वष्टाधारयद्रुशत् । स्पार्हं गवामूधस्सु वक्षणास्वा मधोर्मधु श्वात्र्यं सोममाशिरम् ॥
Transliteration
ahaṃ tád ā́su dhā́rayaṃ yád ā́su ná deváś caná tváṣṭā́dhārayad rúśat | spārháṃ gávām ū́dhaḥ-su vakṣáṇāsv ā́ mádhor mádhu śvā́tryaṃ sómam āśíram ||
Translation
我は彼らのうちに、いかなる神—たとえトヴァシュトリ（Tvaṣṭṛ）でさえ—も支え得なかったものを支えた。すなわち、輝き、慕わしい甘美である。我は「蜜の中の蜜」—調合されたソーマ（Soma）の甘露—を、牛らの乳房と胸に、光り輝く源へと注ぎ入れ、歓喜の養いが汲み取られるようにした。
