Transliteration
prá yā́ḥ sísrate sū́ryasya raśmíbhir jyótir bhárantīr uṣáso vy ùṣṭíṣu | bhadrā́ no adyá śrávase vy ùcchata svastí agníṁ samidhānám īmahe ||
Translation
太陽（スーリヤ Sūrya）の光線によって、光を携えつつ前へとほとばしる曙（ウシャス Uṣas）たち、その目覚めの明けに——今日、われらの聴聞と内なる名声（śravas）のために、善きものとして明けよ。安寧（svasti）のために、内に点ぜられつつあるアグニ（Agni）をわれらは求める。
