अग्निर्ह नाम धायि दन्नपस्तमः सं यो वना युवते भस्मना दता । अभिप्रमुरा जुह्वा स्वध्वर इनो न प्रोथमानो यवसे वृषा ॥
Transliteration
agnír ha nā́ma dhāyi dánn apástamaḥ sáṃ yó vánā yuváte bhásmanā datā́ | abhípramurā́ juhvā́ svadhvará inó ná próthamāno yávase vṛ́ṣā ||
Translation
アグニ（Agni）はまことにその名によって据えられた――授与者、諸わざのうち最も力ある者。彼は森々を結び合わせ、灰として食らい尽くす。善き祭儀において、彼は祭杓（juhū）もて前へと押し進める。主宰の力が広くひらくがごとく、養いのための牡牛として。
