नि षु सीद गणपते गणेषु त्वामाहुर्विप्रतमं कवीनाम् । न ऋते त्वत्क्रियते किं चनारे महामर्कं मघवञ्चित्रमर्च ॥
Transliteration
ní ṣú sīda gaṇapate gaṇéṣu tvā́m āhur vípratamaṃ kavīnā́m | ná ṛté tvát kriyate kíṃ canā́re mahā́m arkaṃ maghavāñ citrám arca ||
Translation
ガナパティ（Gaṇapati、群の主）よ、群の中に堅く坐せ。人々は汝を、詩聖たちのうち最も霊感に満ちた者、賢者たちのうち最上の者と呼ぶ。汝なくしては、近くであれ遠くであれ、何事も成し遂げられない。マガヴァン（Maghavan、施与者）よ、偉大にして輝く力の讃歌を詠え。
