उत्स्म वातो वहति वासोऽस्या अधिरथं यदजयत्सहस्रम् । रथीरभून्मुद्गलानी गविष्टौ भरे कृतं व्यचेदिन्द्रसेना ॥

ut sma vāto vahati vāso ’syā adhirathaṃ yad ajayat sahasram | rathīr abhūn mudgalānī gaviṣṭau bhare kṛtaṃ vy aced indrasenā ||

風は立ち上がり、彼女が「千」を勝ち得たとき、その衣を戦車の上へと運んだ。牛を求める戦いにおいて、ムドガラーニーは御者となり、激突の中でインドラの軍勢は成し遂げられた業を明らかに見定めた。
