एवा नो अग्ने समिधा वृधानो रेवत्पावक श्रवसे वि भाहि । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
Transliteration
evā́ no agne samídhā vṛdhānó revát-pāvaka śrávase ví bhāhi | tán no mitró váruṇo māmahantām áditiḥ síndhuḥ pṛthivī́ utá dyáuḥ ||
Translation
かくして、アグニ（Agni）よ、われらの薪の供えにより増し育ち、富に満ちた浄めの者よ、われらの光り輝く名声のために四方へと照り映えよ。さらにそれが、ミトラ（Mitra）とヴァルナ（Varuṇa）により、アディティ（Aditi）により、海の流れ（Sindhu）により、大地と天とによって、われらのために大いに広げられんことを。
