प्र यद्रथेषु पृषतीरयुग्ध्वं वाजे अद्रिं मरुतो रंहयन्तः । उतारुषस्य वि ष्यन्ति धाराश्चर्मेवोदभिर्व्युन्दन्ति भूम ॥

Transliteration

prá yád rathéṣu pṛ́ṣatīr áyugdhvaṃ vā́je ádrim maruto raṃháyantaḥ | utā́ruṣásya ví ṣyanti dhā́rāś cármevódabhír vyúndanti bhū́ma ||

Translation

汝らが戦車に斑の駿馬を軛につなぎ、力の充溢のうちにその石（岩）を疾駆させるとき――おおマルトよ――紅き光の流れはほとばしり出る。皮袋から水を注ぐがごとく、それらは潤し、われらの存在の広き大地に遍くひろがる。
