यद्धविष्यमृतुशो देवयानं त्रिर्मानुषाः पर्यश्वं नयन्ति । अत्रा पूष्णः प्रथमो भाग एति यज्ञं देवेभ्यः प्रतिवेदयन्नजः ॥
Transliteration
yád haviṣyàm ṛtuśó devayā́naṃ trír mā́nuṣāḥ párī aśváṃ náyanti | átrā́ pū́ṣṇaḥ prathamó bhāgá eti yajñáṃ devébhyaḥ prativedáyan ajáḥ ||
Translation
季節の律に従って進む供物の力が、人の諸力によって三重に導かれ、迅速なる力の駿馬のまわりを運ばれるとき、ここにまずプーシャン（Pūṣan）の分け前が至る。彼は祭祀を諸神に向けて正しく知らせ、正しく届けさせる——不生者（aja）として、内なる導き手である。
