विष्णोर्नु कं वीर्याणि प्र वोचं यः पार्थिवानि विममे रजांसि । यो अस्कभायदुत्तरं सधस्थं विचक्रमाणस्त्रेधोरुगायः ॥

viṣṇór nu káṁ vīryā̀ṇi prá vocaṁ yáḥ pā́rthivāni vi-mámē rájāṁsi | yó áskabhāyad úttaraṁ sadhásthaṁ vi-cakramāṇás trēdhóru-gāyáḥ ||

いまヴィシュヌの英雄の力をわたしは宣べよう。彼は地上の諸領域を測り定め、さらに高き座を支え立てた。歩み出でる広く讃えられる者は、三重の歩みをもって諸世界の道行きを打ち立てた。
