brāhmaṇebhyo dadau ratnaṃ dhanam annaṃ ca puṣkalam | vāsāṃsi ca mahārhāṇi ratnāni vividhāni ca ||

シュラッダー（śrāddha）の供養の折、バラタはバラモンたちに、宝石、財宝、豊かな穀物と食物、きわめて高価な衣、そして種々の宝玉を施した。
