सीताया वनानुगमननिश्चयः · Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest
अनुकूलं तु सा भर्तुर्ज्ञात्वा गमनमात्मनः ।
क्षिप्रं प्रमुदिता देवी दातुमेवोपचक्रमे ॥४६॥
anukūlaṃ tu sā bhartur jñātvā gamanam ātmanaḥ |
kṣipraṃ pramuditā devī dātum evopacakrame ||46||
自らの同行が夫の御心にかなうと知るや、気高き妃は喜びに満ち、ただちに施しを始めた。
Having come to know that her departure to the forest is acceptable to her husband, Sita, highly delighted, quickly got ready to give away (things).
It highlights dharmic alignment and consent within duty: once harmony with the spouse’s decision is established, action proceeds swiftly toward charity and renunciation.
After Rāma’s assent that she may accompany him, Sītā joyfully initiates the distribution of wealth as instructed.
