また、ほかに必要なものがどれほど小さくとも、すべて整えよ。後宮の門も、都全体の門も、白檀の花鬘で飾り、香り高い薫香で供養せよ。
By tomorrow early morning arrange in the place set aside for sacred fire in the king's palace gold and other metals, gems, articles of worship, also herbs, garlands of white flowers, roasted corn, honey and clarified butter in separate containers, fresh clothes, chariot, weapons of every kind, army of four divisions, an elephant possessing auspicious marks, white fans made of Yak's hair, a standard, white parasol, a hundred golden vessels shining like fire, a bull with goldplated horns and a tiger skin.
Dharma appears as conscientious completeness: neglecting “small” requirements undermines sacred and civic order; proper preparation honors truthfulness in action (satya as integrity).
Instructions are given to prepare all remaining requisites and to decorate palace and city gates with sandal, garlands, and fragrant incense for upcoming ceremonies.
Responsibility and attention to detail—public rites require coordinated care from officials and citizens alike.
