Sukta 6.21
स इत्तमोऽवयुनं ततन्वत्सूर्येण वयुनवच्चकार । कदा ते मर्ता अमृतस्य धामेयक्षन्तो न मिनन्ति स्वधावः ॥
sa it tamo 'vayunaṃ tatanvat sūryeṇa vayunavat cakāra | kadā te martā amṛtasya dhāma iyakṣanto na minanti svadhāvaḥ ||
તે જ ખરેખર અવયુન—અર્થાત્ યોગ્ય વિવેક વિનાનું અંધકાર—વિસ્તાર્યું; સૂર્ય વડે તેને તેજસ્વી ઋત-વ્યવસ્થાથી ભરપૂર કર્યું. હે સ્વધાવાન (સ્વશક્તિમાન), ક્યારે તારા મર્ત્યો અમૃતના ધામમાં યજ્ઞાર્પણ કરતા, હવે પછી કદી ક્ષીણ ન થાય?
