Mudgala Upanishad 2: Verse 2
तस्य प्रथमया विष्णोर्देशतो व्याप्तिरीरिता। द्वितीयया चास्य विष्णोः कालतो व्याप्तिरुच्यते॥
तस्य । प्रथमया । विष्णोः । देशतः । व्याप्तिः । ईरिता । द्वितीयया । च । अस्य । विष्णोः । कालतः । व्याप्तिः । उच्यते ॥
tasya prathamayā viṣṇor deśato vyāptir īritā | dvitīyayā cāsya viṣṇoḥ kālato vyāptir ucyate ||
Durch die erste Hälfte wird Viṣṇus Durchdringung in Bezug auf den Raum verkündet; durch die zweite wird die Durchdringung dieses Viṣṇu in Bezug auf die Zeit dargelegt.
By its first (statement/half), Viṣṇu’s pervasion with respect to space is declared; and by its second, this Viṣṇu’s pervasion with respect to time is stated.
