शुनं हुवेम मघवानमिन्द्रमस्मिन्भरे नृतमं वाजसातौ । शृण्वन्तमुग्रमूतये समत्सु घ्नन्तं वृत्राणि संजितं धनानाम् ॥
śunáṃ huvema maghavā́nam índram asmín bháre nṛ́tamaṃ vā́jasātau | śṛṇvántam ugrám ūtáye samátsu ghnántaṃ vṛtrā́ṇi saṃjítam dhánānām ||
ہماری بھلائی کے لیے ہم سخاوتمند اِندر کو پکارتے ہیں، اس دباؤ کی لڑائی میں انسانوں میں سب سے بہادر، پوری طاقت حاصل کرنے میں۔ ہمیں وہ ملے جو سنتا ہے، لڑائیوں میں ہماری مدد کے لیے پرتشریل طاقت, ورتر رکاوٹوں کو مارنے والا اور خزانوں کو فتح کرنے والا۔
