Sukta 2.37
यमु पूर्वमहुवे तमिदं हुवे सेदु हव्यो ददिर्यो नाम पत्यते । अध्वर्युभिः प्रस्थितं सोम्यं मधु पोत्रात्सोमं द्रविणोदः पिब ऋतुभिः ॥
yám u pū́rvam áhuve tám idáṃ huve sá íd u havyó dadír yó nā́ma pátyate | adhvaryú-bhiḥ prá-sthitaṃ sómyaṃ mádhu potrā́t sómaṃ draviṇaḥ-daḥ píba ṛtú-bhiḥ ||
Aquele que invoquei antes, a esse invoco agora de novo: ele é, de fato, digno da oferenda — Dadhi, que pelo nome é senhor. Pelos Adhvaryus foi apresentado o mel do Soma; do Potṛ bebe o Soma, ó doador de riquezas, nos ritmos do ṛta.
