अग्ने कदा त आनुषग्भुवद्देवस्य चेतनम् । अधा हि त्वा जगृभ्रिरे मर्तासो विक्ष्वीड्यम् ॥
Transliteration
agné kadā́ ta ānuṣág bhúvad devásya cétanam | ádhā hí tvā jagṛbhriré mártāso víkṣv ī́ḍyam ||
Translation
Wahai Agni, bilakah bagimu akan ada kesedaran yang berterusan akan ketuhanan itu? Kerana pada saat itulah insan fana menggenggammu dan memegangmu teguh—engkau yang patut dipuja dalam kalangan kabilah-kabilah.
