परा व्यक्तो अरुषो दिवः कविर्वृषा त्रिपृष्ठो अनविष्ट गा अभि । सहस्रणीतिर्यतिः परायती रेभो न पूर्वीरुषसो वि राजति ॥
parā́ vyàkto aruṣó diváḥ kavír vṛ́ṣā tripṛṣṭhó anaviṣṭá gā́ abhí | sahásranītiḥ yátiḥ parāyátī rebhó ná pūrvī́r uṣáso ví rājati ||
ദൂരത്തോളം അവൻ വ്യക്തമായി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നു—ദിവ്യാകാശത്തിന്റെ അരുഷ (ചെമ്പുവർണ്ണ) കവി, ബലവാൻ വൃഷഭൻ, ത്രിപൃഷ്ഠൻ (മൂന്നു പൃഷ്ഠമുള്ളവൻ), കിരണങ്ങളെ തേടുന്നവൻ. സഹസ്ര നീതികളോടെ (ആയിരം മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളോടെ) യതി (യാത്രികൻ) അവൻ മുന്നോട്ട് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു; റേഭൻ (ഗായകൻ)പോലെ, മുമ്പേ കടന്നുപോയ അനേകം ഉഷസ്സുകളിലൂടെ അവൻ ദീപ്തിയായി തിളങ്ങുന്നു.
