Sukta 6.21
इम उ त्वा पुरुशाक प्रयज्यो जरितारो अभ्यर्चन्त्यर्कैः । श्रुधी हवमा हुवतो हुवानो न त्वावाँ अन्यो अमृत त्वदस्ति ॥
ima u tvā puruśāka prayajyo jaritāro abhy arcanty arkaiḥ | śrudhī havam ā huvato huvāno na tvāvān anyo amṛta tvad asti ||
ಹೇ ಪುರುಶಾಕ (ವಿಶಾಲ-ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಂತ), ಹೇ ಪ್ರಯಜ್ಯ (ಪೂರ್ವಾರ್ಪಣಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯ), ಈ ಸ್ತುತಿಕಾರರು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಯ ಅರ್ಕಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕರೆಯುವವನು ಕರೆಯುವ ಹವನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳು; ಹೇ ಅಮೃತ, ನಿನ್ನಂತವನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ—ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾರಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
