यस्ते मदो युज्यश्चारुरस्ति येन वृत्राणि हर्यश्व हंसि । स त्वामिन्द्र प्रभूवसो ममत्तु ॥

yás te mádo yújyaś cā́rur ásti yéna vṛtrā́ṇi haryaśva háṃsi | sá tvām indra prabhūvaso mamattu ||

汝の恍惚(マダ)—よく馭され、美しく、黄褐の馬を駆る者よ、それによって汝は覆い塞ぐ者ども(ヴリトラら)を打ち砕く—その恍惚が、豊かな財をもつインドラよ、汝を酔わせ満たせ。
