सचा यदासु जहतीष्वत्कममानुषीषु मानुषो निषेवे । अप स्म मत्तरसन्ती न भुज्युस्ता अत्रसन्रथस्पृशो नाश्वाः ॥
Transliteration
sacā́ yád āsu jáhatīṣv átkam amā́nuṣīṣu mā́nuṣo niṣévē | ápa sma mát tarásantī ná bhujyús tā́ atrasan ratha-spṛ́śo ná’śvā́ḥ ||
Translation
されど、人があの非人の動きのただ中に住まわんとする時——彼らがこの死すべき身を捨て去る時——それらは耐えず、恐れて我より走り去る。車に触れんとする馬が驚き退くがごとく。
