Worship with oblation the chariot, Indra’s thunderbolt: the might brought forth from heaven and earth, the strength fetched round about from the forest-lords; the waters’ full vigor, encompassed, covered over with kine.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (often classed under Atharvan/Āṅgiras strata for such victory-consecrations; specific r̥ṣi attribution depends on anukramaṇī).
Devata: Indra (as vajra-bearer) / empowered ratha as Indra’s instrument
Chandas: Mixed/triṣṭubh-like cadence (edition-dependent); often treated as martial praise-meter rather than strict anuṣṭubh.
Primary: vira
Secondary: adbhuta
