English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Like a wave of waters, as though in rapture, the hymn speeds on to thee, O Indra: forth have thy exultations flashed in splendour.

Translation

水の波のように、恍惚のごとく、この讃歌はあなたへと疾走する、インドラよ。あなたの歓喜（マダ）はきらめきとなってほとばしり出た。
