दासमनुरूपेण निष्क्रयेणार्यमकुर्वतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः संरोधश्चाकरणात् ॥ कZ_०३.१३.२१ ॥
dāsam anurūpeṇa niṣkrayeṇāryam akurvato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ saṃrodhaś cākaraṇāt
相応の身代金（niṣkraya）を受け取った後もダ―サをアーリヤ（すなわち解放）にしない（解放を拒む）者には、罰金十二パナと、不履行に対する拘禁（saṃrodha）が科される。
