Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

「他人の人」（parajana）を売買・取り扱う場合、刑罰は下・中・上の三段階に区分される。また責任は、買主、「聞いて同意した者」（仲介者または承認者）、および債権者にも及ぶ。
