Sukta 10.13
पञ्च पदानि रुपो अन्वरोहं चतुष्पदीमन्वेमि व्रतेन । अक्षरेण प्रति मिम एतामृतस्य नाभावधि सं पुनामि ॥
páñca padā́ni rupó ánv arohāṃ cátuṣpadīm ánv émi vraténa | akṣáreṇa práti mime etā́m ṛtásya nā́bhāv ádhi sáṃ punāmi ||
રૂપના પાંચ પગલાંઓ પર હું અનુરૂપ ચઢું છું; ઋતના વ્રતથી ચતુષ્પદી માપને અનુસરો છું. અક્ષર—અવિનાશી અક્ષર—દ્વારા હું તેને પ્રતિમાપું છું; ઋતના નાભિ પર હું તેને શુદ્ધ કરી એકત્ર કરું છું—જેથી વાણી અને સત્તા સત્ય-કેન્દ્ર સાથે સમરેખ થાય.
