Sukta 7.70
सिषक्ति सा वां सुमतिश्चनिष्ठातापि घर्मो मनुषो दुरोणे । यो वां समुद्रान्त्सरितः पिपर्त्येतग्वा चिन्न सुयुजा युजानः ॥
síṣakti sā́ vāṃ sumatíś caniṣṭhā́tāpi gharmó mánuṣo duroṇé | yó vāṃ samudrā́nt sarítaḥ pípārty etágvā cit na suyújā yujānáḥ ||
ความดำริอันเป็นมงคลยิ่งและเที่ยงธรรมของท่านทั้งสอง (สุมัติ, sumati) ย่อมแนบสนิทมาสู่เรา; ในเรือนของมนุษย์ ความร้อนภายใน (ฆัรมะ, gharma) ก็ถูกจุดให้ลุกโพลง. ผู้ใดเติมเต็มมหาสมุทรและสายน้ำทั้งหลายเพื่อท่าน—ผู้นั้นย่อมเทียมแอกแม้สิ่งที่ว่องไว ให้ประสานเป็นคู่ควบอันสมบูรณ์ ไม่เหลือสิ่งใดที่เทียมแอกผิดพลาด.
