Sukta 6.13
ता नृभ्य आ सौश्रवसा सुवीराग्ने सूनो सहसः पुष्यसे धाः । कृणोषि यच्छवसा भूरि पश्वो वयो वृकायारये जसुरये ॥
tā́ nṛ́bhya ā́ sauśravasā́ su-vīrāgne sūno sahaso puṣyáse dhāḥ | kṛṇóṣi yác cháv asā bhū́ri paśvó váyo vṛ́kāyāráye jásuraye ||
ขอประทานพรเหล่านั้น—เกียรติยศอันเลื่องลือและพลังวีรบุรุษ—แก่หมู่มนุษย์เถิด โอ อัคนี บุตรแห่งพลัง ผู้ซึ่งท่านทรงหล่อเลี้ยงและสถาปนาไว้ในเรา เพราะด้วยเดชของท่าน ท่านทำให้ฝูงสัตว์อุดม และพลังอันมีปีกเพิ่มพูน; และท่านยังพามันข้ามพ้นหมาป่าและศัตรู ข้ามพ้นผู้กลืนกินแสงสว่าง.
