Sukta 1.39
प्र यदित्था परावतः शोचिर्न मानमस्यथ । कस्य क्रत्वा मरुतः कस्य वर्पसा कं याथ कं ह धूतयः ॥
prá yád itthā̀ parāvátaḥ śócīr ná mānám ásyatha | kásya krátvā marutaḥ kásya várpasā káṃ yātha káṃ ha dhūtayaḥ ||
దూరమైన పరావత్-ప్రదేశాల నుండి మీరు ఈ విధంగా ఉప్పొంగి దూసుకొస్తే, అగ్ని జ్వాలలా మీ తేజస్సు తన పరాక్రమాన్ని చలనంలో ఉంచుతుంది. హే మరుతులారా, ఎవరి క్రతు (సంకల్పం/ప్రేరణ) వల్ల, ఎవరి ప్రకాశమయ రూప-ప్రభ వల్ల మీరు గమనం చేస్తారు? హే ధూతయః (లోకాన్ని కంపింపజేసేవారా), మీరు ఎవరి వైపు వెళ్తారు, ఎవరిని అన్వేషిస్తారు?
