Sukta 7.13
प्राग्नये विश्वशुचे धियंधेऽसुरघ्ने मन्म धीतिं भरध्वम् । भरे हविर्न बर्हिषि प्रीणानो वैश्वानराय यतये मतीनाम् ॥
prā́gnáye viśvá-śúce dhiyáṃdhe ’sura-ghné mánma dhītíṃ bharadhvam | bháre havír ná bárhiṣi prīṇānó vaiśvānaráya yátaye matīnā́m ||
அக்னி—உலகமெங்கும் தூய்மையாக்குபவன், பகை-அழிப்பவன்—அவனுக்காக எண்ணத்தை முன்னே கொண்டு வாருங்கள்; ஊக்கமுற்ற வாக்கையும் தியான-புத்தியையும் ஏந்துங்கள். ஹவிஸ் போல பற்ஹிஷ் (யாகாசனம்) மீது திருப்தியடைந்து மகிழ்வோனாய், எண்ணங்களின் வழிகாட்டி வைஶ்வானரனுக்காக அவர் முயல்கிறான்.
