Sukta 53
पुनः॑ प्रा॒णः पुन॑रा॒त्मा न॒ ऐतु॒ पुन॒श्चक्षुः॒ पुन॒रसु॑र्न॒ ऐतु॑ । वै॒श्वा॒न॒रो नो॒ अद॑ब्धस्तनू॒पा अ॒न्तस्ति॑ष्ठाति दुरि॒तानि॒ विश्वा॑
púnaḥ prāṇáḥ púnar ātmā́ na étu púnaś cákṣuḥ púnar ásur na étu | vaiśvānaráḥ no ádabdhas tanū-pā́ ántas tíṣṭhāti duritā́ni víśvā
Back let breath come, back let the self come unto us; back let sight, back let life return unto us. Vaiśvānara, our unbeguiled body-guard, stands within, (warding off) all misfortunes.
पुनः प्राणः पुनरात्मा न ऐतु; पुनश्चक्षुः पुनरसुर् न ऐतु। वैश्वानरो नोऽदब्धस्तनूपा अन्तस्तिष्ठाति दुरितानि विश्वा।
