यो ददा॑ति शिति॒पाद॒मविं॑ लो॒केन॒ संमि॑तम्। स नाक॑म॒भ्यारो॑हति॒ यत्र॑ शु॒ल्को न क्रि॒यते॑ अब॒लेन॒ बली॑यसे
yó dadā́ti śitipādám avím lokéna sáṃmitam | sá nā́kam abhyā́rohati yátra śulkó ná kriyáte abálena bálīyase ||
Whoso bestoweth a white-footed ewe, of worth approved by common reckoning,—he mounteth unto heaven, where no exaction-fee is levied by the weak upon the stronger.
यो ददाति शितिपादामविं लोकेन संमिताम्, स नाकम् अभ्यारोहति—यत्र दुर्बलेन बलीयसे शुल्को न क्रियते।
