Sukta 2
ता अ॑ध॒रादुदी॑ची॒राव॑वृत्रन् प्रजान॒तीः प॒थिभि॑र्देव॒यानैः॑ । पर्व॑तस्य वृष॒भस्याधि॑ पृ॒ष्ठे नवा॑श्चरन्ति स॒रितः॑ पुरा॒णीः
tā́ adharā́d udī́cīr ā́vavṛtran prajāná tī́ḥ pathíbhir devayā́naiḥ | párvatasya vṛṣabhásyā́dhi pṛṣṭhé návāś caranti sáritaḥ purāṇī́ḥ
Those, knowing, have rolled forth from below, northward, by paths that are god-going; upon the back of the bull-mountain the ancient rivers move, new-born ever anew.
ताः प्रजानत्यः अधरात् उदीचीः आववृत्रन्, देवयानैः पथिभिः। पर्वतस्य वृषभस्य अधि पृष्ठे पुराण्यः सरितः नवा नवा इव जायमानाः चरन्ति।
