Transliteration

jā́to yád agne bhúvanā vyàkhyáḥ paśū́n na gopā́ iryàḥ parí-jmā́ | vaiśvā́nara bráhmaṇe vinda gātúṃ yūyáṃ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sadā́ naḥ ||

Translation

Nascido, ó Agni, estendeste teu olhar sobre os mundos — como um pastor que guarda os rebanhos, móvel, circundando tudo ao redor. Ó Vaiśvānara, encontra para o Brahman, a Palavra sagrada em ascensão, o caminho da passagem; e que vós nos guardeis sempre com estados auspiciosos de bem-estar.
