Transliteration

vahiṣṭhébhir vi-háran yāsi tántum ava-vyáyan ásitaṃ deva vásma | davídhvato raśmáyaḥ sū́ryasya cármevāvā́dhus támo apsv àntaḥ ||

Translation

Com os mais poderosos portadores tu avançes, tecendo para baixo o fio; ó Potência luminosa, lanças fora o manto negro. Os raios do Sol, golpeando e fendendo, impeliram as trevas para baixo — como se arranca um couro — às profundezas das águas interiores.
