Sukta 9.96
मर्यो न शुभ्रस्तन्वं मृजानोऽत्यो न सृत्वा सनये धनानाम् । वृषेव यूथा परि कोशमर्षन्कनिक्रदच्चम्वोरा विवेश ॥
maryó na śúbhras tanvàṃ mṛjāno ’tyó na sṛ́tvā sanáye dhánānām | vṛ́ṣeva yū́thā pári kóśam árṣan kánikradac camvór ā́ viveśa ||
ശുഭ്ര മർയോ (യുവാവ്) തന്റെ തനുവിനെ മൃജമാനൻ (ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന) പോലെ, ധനങ്ങളുടെ സനയ (വിജയം/പ്രാപ്തി)ക്കായി അശ്വം പോലെ പാഞ്ഞോടുന്നതുപോലെ, അവൻ വൃഷഭനെപ്പോലെ യൂഥങ്ങളുടെ (കൂട്ടങ്ങളുടെ) ചുറ്റും കോശം (പാത്രം) പരി അർഷൻ (ചുറ്റി പാഞ്ഞ്) പോകുന്നു; ഹർഷത്തോടെ കനിക്രദത് (ആനന്ദധ്വനി/ഹിണിഹിണാട്ടം) ചെയ്ത്, അവൻ രണ്ടു ചമൂകളിൽ (ബൗളുകളിൽ) പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നു.
