तं नो विश्वा अवस्युवो गिरः शुम्भन्ति पूर्वथा । इन्दुमिन्द्राय पीतये ॥
Transliteration
táṃ no víśvā avasyúvo gíraḥ śúmbhanti pū́rva-thā́ | índum índrā́ya pītáye ||
Translation
ഞങ്ങള്ക്കായി സഹായം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ഗിരഃ (സ്തുതികൾ) അവനെ പുരാതന രീതിപോലെ അലങ്കരിക്കുന്നു; ഇന്ദ്രന്റെ പാനാർത്ഥം ഈ ദീപ്തമായ ഇന്ദു (സോമബിന്ദു) — പ്രകാശശക്തിയുടെ അധിപനായ ഇന്ദ്രൻ ഞങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്ക് വളരുവാൻ.
