ऋज्रमुक्षण्यायने रजतं हरयाणे । रथं युक्तमसनाम सुषामणि ॥

ṛjrám ukṣaṇyā́yane rajatáṃ hárayāṇe | ráthaṃ yuktám asanāma su-sā́mani ||

ഞങ്ങൾ ഋജ്ര—നേരായ, ദൃഢഗാമിയായ—രജതപ്രഭയുള്ള രഥം നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഹരികൾ (താമ്രവർണ്ണ ശക്തികൾ) വലിക്കുന്നതു, യഥോചിത സ്തുതികളിൽ സുസംയുക്തം. ഈ സുഷാമണി—ക്രമബദ്ധമായ ബലവാഹനം—ഞങ്ങളുടെ അസ്തിത്വത്തെ സത്യപഥത്തിൽ വേഗത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോകട്ടെ.
